Our Mission

SoulSafe's mission is to help people return to joy after experiencing loss or trauma by providing practical tools for people's emotional toolbox to help them regain peace and calm in their lives.
The organization trains people to provide psychological safety and peace for themselves and people in a psychological crisis situation. This is achieved through trauma-informed workshops, providing spiritual direction, grief coaching, stress management coaching, retreat services, and training skilled listeners through the School of Spiritual Direction.
